I’m an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) and a mom of two.
My experience comes from working on a Mother-Baby Unit, supporting families in those first hours and days after birth. Working there, along with my own breastfeeding journeys, has shaped how I approach feeding support.
When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me with my kids, outside with our dog, reading, or down the shore with family. If I get to actually sit and read at the beach, that’s a unicorn moment I’ll gladly take! I really love being outside - especially in the summer. Warm summer nights, sandy feet, the kids running around a little past bedtime… that’s my favorite kind of day.
It’s me, Jess!
Hello!
I know how overwhelming the early weeks can feel.
There’s often a lot of information, and not always space to slow down to process it. That’s part of what led me to expand into private practice, offering families more time, more clarity, and individualized care once they’re home.
